KATKA & JASON: HEARTFELT WEDDING AT VILLA RICHTER PRAGUE

Katka and Jason live in the United States, but for their wedding, they chose to return to Katka’s roots - the heart of Prague. Their celebration took place at Villa Richter, one of the most iconic venues overlooking the city, with sweeping views of the historic skyline and the Charles Bridge.

On the wedding day, the setting at Villa Richter created a refined yet intimate backdrop. The ceremony took place on a terrace with a panoramic view of Prague. Floral installations in soft tones of blush, cream, and green framed the couple, adding depth without overpowering the scenery. Even with light rain, the mood remained calm and emotional - the kind of weather that softens everything and brings people closer together.

Katka wore a minimalist, elegant gown with delicate details, perfectly complementing the overall aesthetic of the day. Jason chose a classic black tuxedo. Their look was timeless and understated, allowing their connection to remain the focus.

Throughout the day, there was a clear balance between elegance and authenticity. From quiet moments during preparations, to laughter among guests, to spontaneous reactions during the ceremony - everything felt real, not staged.

Katka and Jason’s wedding was not defined by grand gestures, but by meaningful ones - connection, emotion, and presence. A destination wedding that felt deeply personal, set against one of the most beautiful views Prague has to offer.

One of the defining elements of the wedding was the series of speeches. They were unusually long, deeply personal, and genuinely moving. Family and friends shared stories that reflected not only the couple’s journey but also the effort it took to bring two worlds - Czech and American - together in one place. The emotional weight of these moments was tangible. It was the kind of atmosphere where people listen closely, laugh naturally, and occasionally hold back tears.

As the evening progressed, the celebration shifted into a more relaxed rhythm. Conversations, music, and dancing filled the space, while the historic walls and greenery of the venue created a sense of privacy despite being in the center of Prague.
